noisy elevators loud event
the location was acceptable. at least the bed was pretty cozy.
i wasn't thrilled. first, the elevators sounded like banshees, screeching every time they moved. and, ugh, the noise from some event downstairs rumbled into the early hours. sleeping was kinda tough those nights.

Lisa and nicky greeted us upon arrival. They were cute. they explained everything, including the pool, spa, food hall, and breakfast hall locations. i found the ground floor bar complemented the reasonable room price!
the accessible plug sockets were limited to only two, a slight inconvenience.
